Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from RokoVoice and what we expect from you: how the wallet and phone numbers work, the calling rules, who owns the data, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between Roko Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad ("we", "us") and the business that creates a workspace on RokoVoice ("you"). By creating a workspace or using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
RokoVoice is for business use. The person who signs up must be at least 18 years old and allowed to accept these terms for the business. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your workspace and account
- Give accurate business, billing and GST details, and keep them up to date.
- The workspace owner is responsible for everyone they invite and for every action taken in the workspace, including calls made by its AI employees.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once at rokosolutions26@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- You can sign out other devices from My account at any time; changing your password signs them all out.
3. The service
RokoVoice lets you build AI employees that call people, answer calls, chat, capture details, book appointments and send follow-ups through tools you connect, such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets and WhatsApp. It also provides phone numbers, a knowledge base, campaigns, call logs and billing.
AI employees work from the script, brief and knowledge you give them. AI can misunderstand people or say something wrong. Review each employee's script and test calls before you make it live, and check its calls regularly. You are responsible for what your AI employees say on your behalf.
We improve the service over time and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first where we can.
4. Calling rules
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to your calls and messages, including the TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, Do Not Disturb preferences, consent to be contacted, and telling people when a call is recorded.
- Call only people who expect to hear from you, inside calling hours, and stop calling anyone who asks you to.
- Use the numbers you get from us for service, transactional and inbound calls only — not for promotional calls or telemarketing.
- When someone asks, your AI employee must say it is an AI assistant.
We may pause calling, an AI employee, a number or a workspace without notice when we receive a complaint, a regulator or carrier asks us to, or we see misuse.
5. Wallet, prices and payment
- The service is prepaid. You add credits to your wallet in Indian rupees through Razorpay; card and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
- Usage is charged from the wallet at the prices shown in the app when you use it: per call minute for the voice quality chosen, per AI text-chat reply, and per month for each phone number.
- GST is added as required by law, and a tax invoice is issued for each top-up.
- Calls stop when the wallet runs out. Keep enough credit for the calls and number renewals you expect.
- We may change prices. New prices apply only to usage after we publish them in the app.
- Wallet credits are not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires it, where we charged you by mistake, or where we close your workspace without you breaking these terms — then we refund the unused balance.
- If a phone-number purchase fails at the carrier, the amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
6. Phone numbers
- Numbers are rented to you; they belong to our telecom carrier, and the carrier's rules and identity (KYC) requirements apply to them.
- Each number renews monthly from your wallet. If the renewal can't be paid, the number is held for the grace period shown in the app and then released. A released number may go to someone else.
- You can release a number at any time from Phone numbers. Fees already charged for the current month aren't refunded.
- A carrier or regulator may change, suspend or take back a number. We will tell you as soon as we know.
7. Your data and your customers' data
You own the content you add — scripts, knowledge files, contact lists — and the call records, recordings and transcripts of your workspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
For the people your workspace calls or who call you, your business decides why and how their data is used. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, for telling them about recording and AI, and for answering their requests about their data. We process their data on your instructions and will help you answer those requests.
8. Services from other companies
The service uses telecom carriers, AI providers for speech and language, Razorpay for payments, cloud storage, and tools you choose to connect, such as Google and WhatsApp (Meta). Their own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will work to keep the service running when one of them fails.
9. Suspension and closing
- You can stop using the service at any time. To close your workspace, write to rokosolutions26@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, doesn't pay, or puts the service, our carriers or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.
- When a workspace is closed, its numbers are released and its data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and fast, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause it briefly for maintenance. Support is by email at rokosolutions26@gmail.com. Any uptime commitment must be agreed with us in writing.
11. Limits on our liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for what AI employees say on calls.
Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Your responsibility to us
You will protect us from claims, fines and costs caused by your calls and messages, your content, your contact lists, or your breach of these terms or the law — for example calls made without consent or in breach of TRAI rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and tell workspace owners in the app or by email before important changes take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
